The products of www.gepetto.fi are sold by Gepetto Oy with business ID 1704391-2. We sell products to individuals and companies over the age of 18. We reserve the right price and shipping. We reserve the right not to sell to a customer who has recurring returns.
How to order
Products are ordered through the Shopping Cart. Fill in all your details carefully. Please note that you must complete all sections and be sure to accept the delivery terms to get ahead. After entering the information, the system will direct you to pay for your order. Information on the completion / departure of the shipment will be sent to the customer by e-mail when the order has been delivered to Post for shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the information in the order is correct and that the order can be successfully delivered. Products ordered by letter are delivered directly to the customer’s mailbox / box, parcels in the form of Posti Express (Finland).
All orders will be confirmed by email indicating the price of the order, shipping costs and the products ordered. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide the email address of the order in connection with. If you do not have an online banking account, you can also place an order with us e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). Send us the following information: name, address, phone number, email address and details of the products to be ordered. We will place an order for you manually and send you an invoice to your email.
Your order will be shipped after the payment has been paid to our account. We do not ship orders by cash on delivery. Delivery time Your order will leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days, and we will report exceptions to the email address provided by the customer in our order details on our site. If your product is in a hurry, please let us know when ordering.

However, if the product has expired before the information is updated in the online store, the customer has the right to exchange the product product, get your money back, or wait for the product.
Shipping method and shipping costs
Shipping costs include shipping and packaging. We try to recycle packaging materials wherever possible and save the environment. Both letters and parcels will be delivered to the delivery address you provided. You can select the shipping address in the shopping cart. Orders to another address at no additional cost: We can deliver your order as a surprise, gift … to another address. When you place an order in the comment box, you can enter the recipient’s contact information in the shopping cart, or you can choose delivery to another address and fill in the recipient’s information. We will send gift orders with no price information.
Exchange and return terms
The customer has a 14-day replacement and return policy under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Custom-made products made to the customer’s request are not subject to the right of withdrawal. The right of return applies only to unused and marketable products in their original packaging. Products ordered by letter will be returned by letter and the actual costs incurred will be reimbursed in full to the customer. Before returning, please contact email@example.com. If you wish to return only part of the product, we will not refund shipping costs.
We will not receive refunds more than 14 days after the return notification. Once the refund is approved, the money will be returned directly to your account after the refund has been received and processed. We do not claim cash on delivery refunds. Returns are free when notified by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone. Please include your order number and contact details in your email. If the package is returned to us without being collected, we will charge the standard shipping fee for shipment again. In case of return without notice In advance, we will charge you a refund of € 10.00. This charge covers the actual cost to us of the return and the actual working time of the package owner. If you have not received any information about the delivery of the order from the Post, make a complaint there. If your information has been correct with the order, Posti is obligated to resubmit the order at no cost. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct information when placing an order. In the event of any errors or omissions in the information and the delivery could not be made as a result, we will re-charge the normal shipping costs for the delivery. NB!
Free return policy applies to orders placed in Finland. When returning from abroad, we charge the actual return costs, which vary from country to country. If you would like to return a package from abroad, please contact us for instructions. Businesses are not eligible for a refund.
We will process refunds within one week of receiving the refund.
Problems with transportation and defective products
If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must immediately report the error to email@example.com. In consumer goods, the right of complaint is 6 months. The right of complaint applies to obvious manufacturing errors. No wear or damage due to use will be compensated. If you have any questions about your product, please contact us. Notification of defective delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt. If the package is damaged in the Post, the product must also be immediately complained to the Post.

Disputes between customer and online store
If the dispute between the online store and the consumer cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before submitting the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advisory Services of the Register Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
About payment method
Checkout is a secure payment method for you. We are a payment institution licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Checkout Finland Oy (Business ID 2196606-6) and Checkout Finland Oy is part of OP Financial Group. The Checkout payment intermediary will forward your payment to the merchant. If your bank statement or credit card bill appears on Checkout Finland Oy, we have forwarded your payment. E-commerce acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to a customer. E-commerce takes care of legal obligations related to the trade as well as other self-determined obligations. If you wish to claim or return a product, you should contact the online store where the product is ordered. Bank Payments You have access to payment buttons at all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, My Savings Bank, Cooperative Bank, POP Bank, Savings Bank, S Bank and Ålandsbanken. Checkout Finland Oy will appear as the payee on your bank statement, we will forward your payment to the online merchant. The online shop will direct you directly to your bank to make the payment securely. Credit card payments You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express. The e-commerce services include Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey.
